Region Freshman of the Year: Katie Wade, Ohio Northern, S
Wade (Battle Creek, Mich. / Harper Creek) was named OAC Freshman-of-the-Year and earned Second Team All-OAC honors. Prior to the OAC Tournament, Wade averaged 11.5 assists and 2.68 digs-per set. Wade currently ranks fifth in the country and second in the OAC with an average of 11.07 assists per game.
