Olivia Vitaz

Class: Senior
Hometown: Milan, Ohio | High School: Milan Edison

Vitaz helped Cardinal to a 2-0 record last week with wins over Ohio Northern and Capital. She finished the week averaging 11.43 assists and 3.29 digs per set. Against ONU, Vitaz dished out 57 assists, six kills on nine attempts. She followed that up with 23 assists and eight digs in a sweep over the Comets. 
 
Katharine Clayton

Hometown: Cincinnati Hills | High School: Christian Academy

Clayton anchored the Muskies defense over two matches last week with 48 digs (six per set) and 23 assists.
 
Women’s Soccer 
Rachel Chenos
University of Mount Union 
Class: Sophomore 
Hometown: Hilliard, Ohio | High School: Hilliard Bradley

Chenos helped the Purple Raiders to a 2-0 record last week to extend their win streak to four games with an assist in a win over Baldwin Wallace. She then scored the winning goal in the 88th minute to life the Purple Raiders past Ohio Northern.

Hometown: Poland, Ohio| High School: Poland Seminary

Williams recorded her seventh and eighth shutouts of the season and made 13 saves to help the Purple Raiders to wins over Baldwin Wallace and Ohio Northern.

Hometown: Beckley, W. Va. | High School: Woodrow Wilson

Laraba led the Muskies to 1-1 record last week. He sparked the offense with three goals on four shots and two assists. His performance helped the Muskies secure their eighth win of the season.

Hometown: Batavia, Ohio | High School: McNicholas

Zurmehly posted a 1.00 GAA and seven saves last week to help ONU to a 1-0 win over Otterbein and a 2-2 tie at Mount Union.

Hometown: Chillicothe, Ohio| High School: Unioto

Griffin had a career day, rushing for 129 yards and scoring all three Otterbein touchdowns in a 20-19 win over Capital. 
 
Jordan Fitzpatrick
Wilmington College 
Class: Freshman 
Hometown: Cincinnati, Ohio| High School: Princeton

Fitzpatrick had two interceptions in a 34-23 win at Anderson University (Ind.) including a 19-yard pick six that gave the Quakers the lead in the fourth quarter with 6:16 remaining. He also had two solo tackles in the game. 
 
Isaac DiTirro
Baldwin Wallace University 
Class: Senior 
Hometown: Rootstown, Ohio| High School: Rootstown

DiTirro had a pivotal fourth quarter performance in BW's win over Marietta. With 8:10 remaining and the Pioneers pinned at their own 20-yard line, he blocked the punt and recovered it in the end zone for his first career blocked kick and touchdown.

Caleb placed third at the Wild Bill Invitational in a time of 25:53.9.

Lay placed fifth at the Wild Bill Invitational with a time of 18:44.4.
 
Men’s Swimming 
Nathan Clark

Senior
Hometown: Cleves, Ohio | High School: Elder

Clark won three events to lead the Polar Bears in a 159-83 victory at Wilmington. He won the 100-meter free in :55.65 and the 50 fly in :26.68. He also was on the winning 200 medley relay (1:49.36).
 
Women’s Swimming 
Abby Leatherman
Ohio Northern University 
Sophomore 
Hometown: Findlay, Ohio | High School: Van Buren

Leatherman won three individual events and was part of a winning relay team as ONU defeated Wilmington 163-58. She won the 50-meter breast in :38.85, the 100-meter breast in 1:23.03 and the 100-meter I.M. in 1:15.03 and was part of the winning 200-meter Medley Relay in 2:15.13.
