BSN Sports and the Ohio Athletic Conference have partnered to annually recognize a Female Administrator of the Year. The OAC has an incredible history of women’s athletics, and now we have an opportunity to formally thank those administrators that have worked tirelessly to ensure that the student-athletes of the future have an even better experience.
 
All OAC administrators and head coaches are invited to submit nominations for this award and the nominees are then voted on by OAC Athletic Directors.
 
The 2026 BSN Sports Female Administrator of the Year award goes to Marietta’s Jenn Castle. Castle has been a part of the Pioneer’s Athletic Department since 2010. She currently severs as the Head Softball Coach, Senior Woman Administrator and Title IX Coordinator.
 
Castle plays an integral role in the athletic department, with her leadership, valuable insight and perspective. She is a compassionate listener and a trusted mentor to many younger coaches. Beyond campus, she is a dedicated community leader who actively invests in youth sports.
