BSN Sports and the Ohio Athletic Conference have partnered to annually recognize a Female Administrator of the Year.  The OAC has an incredible history of women’s athletics, and now we have an opportunity to formally thank those administrators that have worked tirelessly to ensure that the student-athletes of the future have an even better experience. 

All OAC administrators and head coaches are invited to submit nominations for this award and the nominees are then voted on by OAC Athletic Directors.

The 2024 BSN Sports Female Administrator of the Year award goes to Ohio Northern's Kourtney Wilson. Wilson was named the Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Women’s Administrator at Ohio Northern in August of 2022 and quickly became a valuable asset to the Polar Bear community. She brings an upbeat energy to any task and is an advocate for all Ohio Northern student-athletes.
