In his collegiate debut, Hanley batted .533 (8-of-15) with six runs, two doubles, one triple, one homerun and nine RBI to help the Blue Streaks to a 3-0 record against Allegheny College. He went 3-of-4 with two doubles and two RBI in 5-0 win in game one. Hanley hit his first career homerun in a 22-11 win in game two and tallied five RBI in a 13-4 victory in game three.

Fleischman struck out seven, scattered seven hits and walked one in 6.2 innings of work to help the Quakers to a 3-0 win over Blackburn.

O'Malley won in straight sets at No. 1 singles and posted an 8-1 win at No. 1 doubles to help the Blue Streaks top Kalamazoo (Mich.), 5-4.

Bernardi had a school single-game record 15 points on seven goals and a school single-game record eight assists to lead the Purple Raiders to a 23-3 win against Fredonia State on Saturday to open the season.

Workman helped the Blue Streaks to an 11-10 OT win at Keyon with two goals and nine draw controls to help JCU earn an 33-23 advantage in ground balls.

Motter went 20-for-24 (83-percent) on faceoffs last Saturday in the Purple Raiders' 11-10 overtime victory over St. Vincent.
