Thirteen OAC Baseball Student-Athletes Earn ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Honors

The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and Rawlings announced their 2026 NCAA Division III All-Region teams, with 13 Ohio Athletic Conference student-athletes earning Region VII honors following outstanding performances during the 2026 season.

Baldwin Wallace, Mount Union, Ohio Northern and Marietta were all represented among the region’s top players, highlighting the strength of the OAC on the national stage.

Leading the way for the conference was Baldwin Wallace’s Dennis Ritlinger-Nirider, who earned First Team All-Region honors and was named the ABCA/Rawlings Region VII Co-Position Player of the Year after a standout campaign for the Yellow Jackets.

The OAC placed six student-athletes on the First Team, three on the Second Team and four on the Third Team.

  • Luke Ickes, Mount Union

The ABCA/Rawlings All-Region teams are selected by members of the ABCA and the All-America Committee in each region. The recognition honors the top student-athletes across NCAA Division III baseball for their accomplishments throughout the season.

The OAC’s 13 All-Region selections continue to demonstrate the conference’s success and depth across Division III baseball, with multiple programs earning national recognition during the 2026 campaign.
